    All of our classes are currently offered in-person.

  • Is this only for first-time parents?

    No! We welcome all parents and support partners - including the ones who have had a baby before. No pregnancy or labor and delivery is the same and we want you to feel prepared and empowered!

  • When are classes?

  • What is the cost of the program?

    The total investment is $350 CAD per couple- a $100 deposit is required at time of registration.

  • I've heard Lamaze is just learning different breathing techniques?

    A portion of our program focuses on breath work however, modern day Lamaze childbirth classes prepare you for a safe, healthy birth by providing the most current, evidence-based information and tools for navigating your own birth experience!

  • My partner can't attend the program, is that ok?

    Totally! Bring a friend, family member, doula, or whoever would like to join you that day!
